Refund Policy and Payment Terms
At Winfinite Consulting, we are committed to providing a valuable learning experience through our Cybersecurity Launchpad Program, which includes 10 weeks of live instructor-led classes and 8 self-paced modules.
To ensure transparency and fairness across all jurisdictions, we have established the following payment and refund terms:
- Payment Requirements: All fees for training programs, services, program participation, and digital downloads are non-refundable and must be prepaid. This agreement and its stipulations apply to all training programs, career support services, and future purchases. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except as explicitly stated below.
- Refund Eligibility
- Self-Paced Modules: Access to self-paced modules is billed in full once access is granted. No refunds will be issued for accessed modules.
- Live Classes: Once the program has started, students will be billed for all scheduled live classes, regardless of attendance, as each class is prepared and delivered based on the full class roster. Therefore, classes are non-refundable and non-transferable once the program has started. However, credits toward a future cohort may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies provided appropriate evidence (e.g., a physician’s note) is submitted.
- No Refunds for Completed Programs: No refunds will be issued once a student has completed the program, including all live classes and self-paced modules.
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to [email protected]. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 days of submission. If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit toward any of our programs and processed within 7 days of approval.
Winfinite Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of our website or Learning Management System implies your acceptance of the most up-to-date version of these terms.
By enrolling in our program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while protecting the integrity of our programs.

By accessing winfiniteconsulting.com, our Learning Management System and Programs (the "Site"), you enter into a binding agreement with Winfinite Consulting Inc. You agree to adhere to these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations. You also acknowledge your responsibility to comply with any local laws that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from accessing the Site or purchasing any services or products.
Service
Winfinite Consulting provides consulting services across Canada, US, UK and Europe. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as specified in our Refund Policy.
Commitment and Participation
You agree to:
- Actively participate in any program you subscribe to
- Attend classes regularly
- Complete assigned tasks and activities
- Respect fellow participants and instructors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the Program
- Refrain from harassing, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
- Respect confidentiality and intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of Winfinite Consulting's systems or data
Intellectual property and ownership
All content on our website or Learning Management System (LMS) including text, graphics, logo, quizzes, videos, images, and all training materials, including case studies, simulations, and group activities, are proprietary to Winfinite Consulting. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of Winfinite Consulting's trademarks may result in:
- Cease and desist notice
- Revocation of access to training materials and online classes
- Withholding of completion certificates or credentials
- Legal action, if necessary
Program Termination: Winfinite Consulting reserves the right to terminate a student's participation in the program, service, or coaching without any reimbursement if the student fails to adhere to the program guidelines or engages in inappropriate behavior.
